Did you know about the Maintain Project button?
The Maintain Project button will show you any unused items that you have in a specific project, and let you remove them.
Where do you find it?
As an administrator in Dundas BI, you’ll be able to find Maintain Project by click on the “Admin” button from the Main Menu, “Projects / File System” and then “Projects”. This will bring you to the Projects screen, where you’ll be able to view all projects in Dundas BI. Simply click on a project, or right-click to access the context menu, and select “Maintain Project”.
This is important because it’s common that when you are developing dashboards and reports, extra items will mistakenly get created and cause clutter in the long term. This will let you view, edit and delete those unused items.
