After you export your dashboard / report into a different format (PDF / Excel / PowerPoint / Etc.), your export file is still available under your personal profile.
This means that if you want to revisit that export you can simply access it directly from Dundas BI, rather than trying to find it in your downloads folder - but most importantly, that you can also use it to compare today’s data to the data you had yesterday or a week ago.
This will matter if your data changes over time and it’s not just a matter of applying a time range filter but actually going back and seeing what were the results at a certain date. With those snapshots, you’ll be able to easily compare and notice those changes:
