If you really want to draw someone's attention to a certain performance issue, and you want to channel your inner holiday spirit, you can create a blinking/twinkling light effect on your dashboard.
You can create something similar to what you would find around a house or tree that's been decorated for the holiday season.
To create this effect, you can create a regular state indicator (on its own or within a table column) and then just check the animation property on it. You can even control the animation fill color if you wish.
