A great way to organize privileges for different users it through groups. This approach allows content creators and Administrators to grant and deny permissions and privileges throughout the application. The simple act of adding and removing members from the group will determine if those permissions and privileges are applied. Which means micro-managing users is a thing of the past and permission/privilege management becomes a whole lot easier.
