String as a Measure

We are currently using strings as a measure for one of the columns in our table.

It’s working fine when displaying it on the dashboard. However, we are encountering an error when the dashboard is downloaded to excel. Instead of the string being displayed, it displays NaN.

Is there any way to solve this issue?

We were able to replicate the issue on our end and identified this issue 82907 as a defect. Our development team is working on this to release it on the next software update.
