Sorting one table by another

Is it possible to sort one table by another? Each table is displaying data from a different cube, but with the same hierarchy.

I cannot get more than one metric set in a single table, so can't do it as I would do on a chart.

You should be able to force a join between the two cubes by defining their relationships. It won't be two metric sets on the table, but rather a single metric set that uses both cubes.

In Dundas BI Version 5, you can also easily do this on a report or scorecard, which you can then use on your dashboard. I have showed it in sections 3.5 and 3.6 of Designing an inventory report.
