I am looking to replicate this table which has associate names on rows (omitted in image) and reasons for columns. I would like the reasons to sort descending by which reason has the most calls, and associates to do the same. I can only seem to get one or the other, but not both. How do I achieve this?

Realized I just need a copy of the measure or equivalent measure to sort by, and then I can do this!
