Shared Link showing an old version of a dashboard?

I’ve got a dashboard that I am sharing via link to a coworker and when he opens the link that I send to him and he logins into dundas, its an older version of that dashboard. I can’t figure out why the link is sending him to the wrong dashboard? Anyone ever come across this issue?

@david.glickman yes, multiple times to validate. Its so odd

I have had this before, don’t know what did it in the end.
Refreshing, clearing cache etc. and then it suddenly worked.

Just wait or restart the IIS for Dundas?
try different browser to avoid cache issues?

I’ve had the same experience and asked Dundas customer success rep about it. In my understanding, you would need to reshare and create a new link when you make changes to the dashboard. Dundas support suggested workaround was to disable the store personalization and view parameters for the user (I think), but we didn’t go that far down that route because we rarely share dashboards by link and didn’t want to make these changes. The standing solution we found for the few dashboards was to create a button on another dashboard that they navigate to regularly.

I wish I had the solution, but I waiting a few hours and shared again and it worked…I guess the moral of the story is to wait it out.

With cache both in the browser and Dundas waiting is the solution. 35 minutes should be enough time.
I think holding down Shift when clicking reload on the browser (Chrome) make it by pass cache.
