Scheduling Reports

Hi All,

I wanted to understand the scheduling functionality a bit better. If I wanted to send a report filtered by user to 20 different users, do I need to create 20 different reports filtered out by each person or can you create one report and schedule it with 20 unique instances with run time parameters selected?

Hi Patrick,

The functionality that you’re describing is what we’d call ‘Report Bursting’.

Check out the section on reporting bursting here which will help you understand how to do this.
