Period Over Period metrics

I am trying to set up period over period metrics but I am struggling to figure out the best way to do so.

The data I am trying to calculate is the difference of closed tasks from month to month. The data is saved in a cumulative fashion. What I am after is the highlighted orange column showing the difference from the month prior.

Hi Patrick,
You can add another formula measure which returns Total Resolved with offset set to -1. So, the new measure will have values shifted one place downward. Then you can calculate the difference between Total Resolved and the new Total Resolved added. The new Total Resolved with Offset added can always be hidden from the visualization.
