Linking of one dashboard between PROJECTS?

I’ve got a MEMBER SERVICES project. I’ve built a “My Dashboard” type of landing page for everyone in MS that has drop downs to their various reports and linking in the UI via “Set Up a Navigation” is easy. The links even crosses platforms from TEST to PROD without any extra effect.

I want to add drop down with links on the MS homepage to a dashboard in another project, but the option to navigate between projects does not show up.



So far my work around is to use URL, but then I have to remember to switch back and forth when I export/import. Not as easy. It seems like it should be able to link between projects.


I do have permissions set the same for the users the MS group on both projects.


This seems like it should be possible, but I’ve not quite worked it out.

If I understand correctly you want to setup the interction to point to a dashboard in a different project. In that case all you need to do is be on the dashboard where you want to setup the interaction and the activate another dashboard from the main (left) menu. Then you can setup the interaction and setup the navigation to go to a dashboard in the project that is currently active (even though that dashboard is another project than the cuurent dashboard you are editing).
