How to deactivate user and notifications

Is there an easy way to deactivate a user account and remove them from any notifications they are on, including those made by other people?

Hey Joyce,


You can simply uncheck the Enable checkbox on their account settings to disable the account:

i understand that part but does that stop all email notifications for that account, specifically those made by others, e.g. the system admin?

Hi Joyce,


Starting with Dundas BI 5.0, notification emails will NOT be sent to notification recipients whose accounts are disabled.
