How do I know which components are attached to which?

Hi all,


When I'm using Dundas, I typically build things in a linear fashion; Data cube > Metric set > Dashboard/Report


However due to the way that all items can be shared across multiple projects sometimes it's hard to know what deleting a metric set or cube will do? Is there a way to check this in Dundas?

Sure.


Right click on the object in the explore tab and select 'properties'. At the bottom of the properties sidebar, click 'references'.


This will show you things this object uses, and which other things use this one.
