Headers should not show on export but they do

I have a dashboard with a table, very simple. The headers are irrelevant and even confusing for the user, so they are not displayed: ‘show column headers’ is not selected.

This works as advertised on screen.

When I export the table, though, being CSV or XLS the headers are present. The ‘export table without style’ in the notification setup is not selected.

Am I missing something, or would that be a bug in the export?
Cheers,

Dundas BI always exports the headers in Excel or CSV. Alternatively, on a table, you might be able to modify the column headers to give context as to what the data is.

If this is critical for you I can create a Feature Request for excel to obey the setting.

In my case I cannot modify the headers from the GUI either - the headers I want are actually dynamic and not predictable. The relevant headers consist actually of the first row of data. That is why not having the “official” headers is what I am looking for.

Thanks for the feedback!
