Error: The value must not be null (Parameter 'level')

I get an error in a metric set

“CATEGORY_FOLDER_ID” is a field on which I have applied a ragged category.

Could anybody help me understand what is the problem?

Hello, this doesn’t look like an error on your side.

I suggest contacting support and if it’s possible send them a backup of this hierarchy with the data you are using to build it so we can investigate it here on our side.
