Error 502: Bad Gateway

When trying to view a set of dashboards I can see a 502: Bad Gateway error. Most of what I can find online says refreshing the page/just waiting will resolve the error. So far this has not been the case. Any suggestions?

Error 502 Bad Gateway is not one returned by Dundas BI itself. It is usually returned by middleware in the deployment stack, usually a proxy between the web server and the client. You can try the normal ways to clear it (i.e. clearing the browser cache and reloading etc.), but this likely requires your IT department to investigate further.

I’d suggest you follow up with Dundas support and include details about how you’ve deployed Dundas BI (cloud, kubernetes, etc.) and involve your IT department as well.
