Empty rows are appearing in Scorecard.

I have a scorecard. In the particular scorecard, I can see a few rows are empty. There is no view parameter for this scorecard. I unchecked the option “retrieve unknown members” still I can see empty rows. I am really confused what is the reason behind this. Can anyone please help me out?

Also, could you please confirm that you have turned off “Retrieve Unknown Members” for the grouping metric set?

Yes, I already turned off “Retrieve Unknown Members” for each and every metric set.
