Email scheduling configuration

Hi All,
I am trying to set an Email schedule notification. Inside the Config section, I used the SMTP server of outlook.

I am confused about the SMTP Server username and password. Can I use my email id and password as Server username and password? Are there any other steps required after this configuration?
I am getting errors as “Authentication unsuccessful. the user credential was incorrect.”

Hi Anupam,

The SMTP username you need to use may be different from your email address. Please check with your IT team and try again.
