Is it just my Dyslexia?
I want to revers the order (to acending) of the Pareto chart, is that possible?
Is it just wrong to want that?
Dyslexic Pareto Chart
The goal of a pareto chart is to help you focus on biggest contributors to your results (in other words - the causes that makes of roughly 80% of the effects). To see those causes best you usually want your chart sorted Desc so you can see those causes first and the cumulative percent total for those. I'm not sure what you would achieve by reversing the order to Asc. Do you have a specific case in mind where you see this being useful?
No and I get what it is telling me and how and why. I just want to see it in reverse and wondered if I was the only one.
I could just be wondering if it would have the same impact in reverse.
This is more of a theoretical thought than a practical one.
Just figured out how to reverse it.
A feature I have not used much or maybe at all:
Define custom Measure sorting. ( I wanted it for another chart (funny I wanted Desending for sure on this other one).
At least now I get to see what Pereto looks like in reverse. I think I just like growth to be from left to right. But I just make them and give options I sure if they like and want the Pareto it will be Descending.
