Dundas Version 5 No longer supports SQL 2008 R2

What should I know about migrating from SQL 2008 R2 to SQL 2014 for use with Dundas BI 5?

I have a hundreds of Tables, Views, Stored Procedures currently in use. How long until they start breaking?

Dundas BI 5 will still connect to data sources from any version of SQL Server. The only change is that the Dundas BI Application and Warehouse databases must be running on SQL Server 2012 or above.


Upgrading your existing server using the SQL Server setup application should be pretty seamless. If you have any specific questions about the upgrade process, please let us know!
