Copy and Save As?

I there any way to make a copy of a metric set, visualization or dashboard and save it with another name and make changes?

Yes.

In the Explore sidebar, right click on the item and select copy. Then click on the folder you want to put the copy into, right click and select paste. It will paste in with the original name and a number, right click on it and select rename.

As mentioned you can copy paste using the context menu or you can even just drag the file onto a folder and that will create a copy as well. For example, drag "Dashboard 1" onto the Dashboard root folder (or a sub folder) and you will get "Dashboard 1 - Copy" created.

Also, if your goal is to make changes for yourself (i.e. instead of creating a new version of a dashboard that should be used by many users), you can use the "Edit copy for analysis" command and that will create a copy of the dashboard within your personal project ("My Project")
