Connect a Parameter to an existing View Parameter

I accidently deleted my Cascade Hierarchy Parameter while leaving the View Parameter in place. How do I connect my newly created Cascade Hierarchy Parameter to the existing View Parameter?

HI Matthew,

Filter controls can connect to multiple view parameters -- usually you want one, but sometimes its useful. Because of this, there is a panel that will allow you connect to other view parameters.

Click on the filter control and then click on the Connect Filters toolbar icon

Then click on the Parameters icon

This brings up the panel to allow you to connect to existing parameters.
