One of my team members has given me full access to his Project so that I can see hi dashboards and modify them as required. But, I cannot see anything under his project. Is there something we are missing?

If I understand correctly. I think your account have to be added here (on project security or dashboard security) :
@ravi.bansal - if you’re having trouble physically locating someone else’s ‘my project’, it’s because other people’s projects are not listed in the projects list. To see someone else’s project, go into the admin screen and you’ll see the option under the account.
It’s also possible to set this project via script if you want to go that direction and i can help if you need it.

I can see the Team Member’s project but I cannot see anything (Dashboards/Reports) under that project.
Are they checked in? If someone creates something and has never checked it in, then others cannot see it

@david.glickman, if the dashboard is never been Checked In, is it that is not visible at all or it is visible with -ve red icon on it?
I think that if it has never been checked in then it’s not visible at all, if it has once been checked in and is now checked out again then you get the red icon.
According to the support site
If you created a new item but have not checked it in for the first time, other users will not be able to see that item
