Auto Email notification if certain occupancy reached, but require to send email once in a day whenever it reached limits.

Hello,
I’m trying to create auto email notification if certain occupancy reached, through data driven option i created and in that i setup states also defined scheduler time.

it is working fine and check/run every 15 minutes if certain occupancy reached it will fire email every time,

here i want to configure, if certain occupancy reached, it will fire email only once not every 15 minute time for the day.

So how it is possible in BI, if certain occupancy (For example 500 occupancy) reached it will fire email but only once in a day?

here problem is if certain occupancy reached it will check every 15 minutes and every time it will fire email. So how to resolve this ?

@jatin Dundas BI does not have a separated setting for delivery limit. The polling interval defines how often it checks and delivers.

That been said, you can wrap the email delivery provider with some custom code to put such limit. There is an example about custom delivery provider here:
