After creating a tenant, then creating a project and attaching it to that tenant within Dundas it is not visible within the standard project panel selection window. The only way to add metric sets and dashboards to the resulting “hidden” folder is to login in as sys admin and add elements through the file explorer, why is this?

It seems like the tenant project was created without permissions for the tenant.
When creating the project, you can set the initial project privileges to ‘Custom’:
Then you can add the tenant or tenant group and set the permissions.
You can also have at least one of the tenants be a member of that tenant’s administrator group and then have this account create the projects.
Members of this tenant’s administrators group will be able to manage the tenants projects and security.
