I am trying to create a new Time Dimension Hierarchy which flows Month>Week>Date. Even though I select all the three options, there is no new hierachy created instead it is showing Month>Date and Week>Date. Could you suggest me what I can do as our users are used to drill down from Month to Weeks of the selected month and then to days within that week !!

In order to include all three in the hierarchy, you will have to change the calendar (Time Provider) to Reporting (Marketing). You can find some information about setting that up in the article Create a time dimension.
The reason behind the 2 separate calendars is the fact that some weeks are split between 2 different months thus it's impossible to accurately drill down and up between the month and week levels. Special types of calendars like marketing calendars are designed to solve that problem by ensuring that weeks are never split between 2 different months but for most organizations that's not needed and they just report on data at the monthly or weekly level but without a direct drill down/up between the 2.
